Refund Policy – Trendy Traders Academy

At Trendy Traders Academy, we strive to provide high-quality trading education through our courses, workshops, and webinars. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to this policy.


1. General Policy

  • All payments made to Trendy Education Service LLP for courses are generally non-refundable.

  • Payment for courses must be made only through our official website or via authorized executives. Payments made to any other person or entity will not be recognized.


2. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  1. Failure to Deliver Course Sessions:

    • If Trendy Traders Academy fails to provide the course sessions as promised at the time of enrollment, a full refund may be issued.

  2. Major Emergencies on Client’s Part:

    • In cases of serious emergencies (medical, personal, or other urgent situations), refunds may be issued if valid proof is provided.

    • Proof may include medical certificates, official documents, or other verifiable evidence.


3. Batch Shifting Option

  • If you are unable to attend the enrolled batch, you may request to shift to the next available batch.

  • Batch shift requests must be communicated in advance. Approval is subject to availability of seats in the upcoming batch.


4. How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, contact us at update@trendytraders.in with:

    1. Your full name and contact details.

    2. Proof of payment.

    3. Reason for refund along with supporting documents (if applicable).

  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


5. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same method through which the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed.


6. No Refund in Other Cases

  • Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as:

    • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the course content.

    • Failure to attend sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts.

    • Technical issues on the user’s device (unless the course itself was inaccessible).
