Money-Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions

To qualify for a refund under our Money-Back Guarantee, participants must meet the following conditions:

           Attendance Requirement:

  • Participants are required to attend all scheduled classes within the stock market course.
  • Absence from any class, without valid and documented reasons, may result in forfeiture of eligibility for the money-back guarantee.

    Dissatisfaction with the Course:
  • If, after 1 weeks of course completion, you are dissatisfied with the content, teaching methods, or overall learning experience, you may request a refund.
  • A detailed explanation of the dissatisfaction must be provided within a specified timeframe.

    Lack of Progress in Learning:
  • Participants must demonstrate active engagement and effort in the learning process.
  • If, despite genuine efforts, you feel that you haven’t made satisfactory progress in understanding the course material, a refund may be requested.

    Independent Practice:
  • Success in the stock market course is contingent upon personal commitment and practice.
  • Participants are required to engage in independent practice, applying the concepts learned during the classes.
  • The guarantee is conditional upon the participant’s commitment to self-directed learning and practice.

    Compliance with Code of Conduct:

  • Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive and respectful learning environment.
  • Any violation of the code of conduct may impact eligibility for the money-back guarantee.

    Request Submission Deadline:

  • Requests for a refund under the Money-Back Guarantee must be submitted within a specified timeframe. (Just After 1 week of course starting)
  • Late submissions may not be considered, except under extenuating circumstances with proper documentation.

For Offline Courses and 1-on-1 Diamond Membership:

Trendy Education Service LLP (Trendy Traders) will not entertain any request for cancellation or postponement by members after payment of the membership fees. Members are only allowed to defer the training dates to the next scheduled date only.

The company maintains a no refund policy to all those customers who willingly took the membership after reading the terms and conditions.

NOTE: The no refund policy applies to the advance payment for booking the slots as well
